Discussion Questions:
1. Greely argues that neuroscientific tests must be more regulated. In the section regarding parents, he brings up a hypothetical situation in which a parent may control the life of a child who was determined to be gifted through neuroscientific tests. How would you feel if your parents had controlled your life extensively due to your academic promise?
2. Greely mentions that neuroscience may compel those on trial, or even merely witnesses to crimes to testify in an incriminating manor. Do you feel this is an ethical way of solving a legal dispute? Do you feel as though this is violating personal privacy?
